Odpovědi na vaše otázky.
Co je symbolická adopce?
Symbolická adopce je personalizovaný digitální dárek. Nepřevádí vlastnictví zvířete ani nefinancuje péči o konkrétního jedince.
Co obdržím?
Po potvrzení platby získáte osobní digitální certifikát, PDF k tisku, obrázek ke sdílení a veřejný ověřovací odkaz.
Mohu adopci věnovat jako dárek?
Vyberte obdarovaného, přidejte vzkaz a zvolte dostupný způsob doručení. U dárků dětem zajišťuje nákup i e-mailovou adresu dospělý.
Kolik stojí Ocean Gift?
Zvolte cenu dárku od 10 do 1 000 USD. Doporučené ceny vám usnadní výběr. Ocean Guardian stojí 1 000 USD. Ceny zahrnují příslušné daně.
Co se stane, když platba selže?
K nezaplacené objednávce se platný certifikát nevystavuje. Můžete zkontrolovat její stav a zahájit nový nákup.
Jak vrácení peněz ovlivní certifikát?
Kontaktujte Happy Orbis a uveďte číslo objednávky. Potvrzené vrácení peněz se zaznamená do objednávky a zneplatní certifikát. Auditní záznam zůstává zachován.
