MAŃSKI s.r.o. is the legal operator of Happy Orbis and the seller of Ocean Gifts.
What you buy
You buy a personalised digital certificate and the digital files described on the product page. There is no physical delivery. Symbolic adoption does not identify or transfer ownership of an individual animal, establish legal adoption, guarantee its rescue or confer an investment or financial return. Photographs represent the species. Revenue supports the wider development and operation of Happy Orbis, including technology, environmental data and methodology; it is not earmarked to save the pictured animal.
Order, price and contract
Check the animal, names, dedication, language, delivery details and total price before paying. Prices include applicable tax; checkout shows the charge currency and final total. This is a one-time purchase with no subscription. You submit a binding purchase by completing payment in Stripe Checkout. The purchase is accepted when payment is confirmed and the order is marked paid. Keep your order reference. No preview constitutes a paid or valid certificate.
Delivery and compatibility
After verified payment, the application generates the certificate and provides secure download access to the buyer. Scheduled recipient email delivery does not postpone the buyer’s download access. We confirm your request for immediate delivery and acknowledgement of its withdrawal consequence in the buyer email and downloadable order confirmation. Files use PDF and PNG formats and require an internet connection and compatible viewer. Email delivery is available only when offered in the order form; scheduled delivery is available only when enabled there. An email provider accepting a message does not guarantee inbox delivery. Check spam and contact us with the order reference if files or emails are missing. Secure links and certificate verification identifiers should be shared only with intended recipients. Do not rely on permanent online storage as your only copy; download your files.
Consumer rights and refunds
Ocean Gifts are digital content. Consumers normally have 14 days from conclusion of the contract to withdraw. Before payment, you must separately and expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you will lose the withdrawal right once the digital content is made available. The exception applies only after verified payment and actual availability of the digital content, with confirmation of your consent supplied in a durable form. Ticking a box or paying alone does not remove the right. Your statutory rights concerning faulty, incorrect or undelivered content remain unaffected. Orders placed without this separate consent retain the withdrawal rights applicable when they were purchased; we never add consent retrospectively. See Refund Policy for withdrawal, complaints and repayments. A confirmed refund invalidates the certificate; a payment dispute may suspend validity during review.
